About our Medical Director:  Lily Phillips, M.D.

Personal Statement:

I first told my mom that I wanted to become a doctor when I was 6 years old. Now that I'm all grown up, and have worked over a decade as a family physician, I am more committed than ever to the art of healing as my life passion. My goal for our team is to make a definitively positive difference in the life of each patient we encounter, via cutting edge, evidence based medicine and compassionate whole person care.

Biography & Background:

Dr. Phillips graduated at the top of her class in high school. She then received her Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA with Departmental Honors in Physiological Sciences, where she was a member of the research team in the UCLA Brain Research Institute.  For her outstanding contribution in research at UCLA she received the coveted President Undergraduate Fellowship scholarship.

After receiving her M.D. degree from the Keck School of Medicine at USC (University of Southern California), with rigorous and diverse clinical experiences at the LA-County Medical Center in downtown Los Angeles, she underwent comprehensive, whole-person care training in the Family Medicine Residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center from 1997 to 2000.

In the past 18 years as a physician, her clinical experiences included inpatient care, urgent care, and a full spectrum of primary care for children, adolescents, and men and women of all ages, in the settings of private practice, Kaiser Permanente, and serving the under-served at the Riverside County Dept of Public Health Family Care clinic.

 Dr. Phillips has a big heart, and she looks for opportunities to change lives one at a time whether here with her patients, or in her personal life among family and friends, or overseas volunteering in a medical mission.  Dr. Phillips is fluent in American English, Mandarin Chinese, and Medical Spanish.


  About Stephanie Changchien, M.D.


Dr. Stephanie Changchien attended the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University through the university's Honors Program in Medical Education.  She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2003 and her medical degree in 2007.  Dr. Changchien then received her residency training at the prestigious San Jose-O'Connor Hospital Family Medicine Residency program in affiliation with Stanford University School of Medicine.  After completing her training in 2010, she went on to work full-spectrum Family Medicine for the under-served patient population on the west side of Chicago.  Dr. Changchien has enjoyed caring for all patients including pediatric, obstetric, and adults in her clinical experience. 

She derives the most professional satisfaction in teaching patients to be empowered to improve their own physical, mental, and emotional health.

About Tiffany Kaufman, MPH, PA-C

       Tiffany has practiced medicine full time as a Physician Assistant since 2003.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She completed the PA program at Novasoutheastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,where she also obtained a Master's degree in Public Health.
Tiffany has had well over a decade of cliniacal experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Family Medicine/ Urgent Care. She cares deeply for our patients and has keen clinical insights.
She derives great joy from restoring folks to good health and she works closely as a team with our outstanding team of highly skilled physicians to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.

After receiving her Bachelor degree in Clinical Lab Science from Loma Linda University, Dr. Ganchingco worked from 2001-2007 as a clinical lab scientist at Loma Linda University Medical Center, she then followed her calling to become a physician and proceeded to pursue a medical degree in Osteopathic Medicine. 

Dr. Ganchingco is a compassionate physician always seeking to make a positive difference in the lives of every patient, by treating the whole person through careful listening and by practicing evidence based medicine. 

In her years of professional career and throughout her training in medicine, she has consistently gone above and beyond her regular duty and served the poor by volunteering in various capacities in the local and global community, offering her care and skills to help those who are less fortunate.  She enjoys partnering with doctors and other health professionals who are serving in third world countries, and plans on going overseas to help on a regular basis.
